His unique ability is the study of what makes successful people successful. He then applies it to his own life, packages it, and gives it away to help others. Finishing his Ph.D. in Human Performance, Bruce is applying his expertise both in and out of the classroom as part of his 3-step process for career achievement - Discover, Develop, and Decide to Live the NEXTPERT in YOU!  Leverage current success (no matter how small) into future opportunity.

Bruce is a "Next Expert" himself and has been under the tutelage of Coach Micheal Burt and Dr. Colby Jubenville who are a pair of Leadership Experts that Speak, Coach, Train, and Lead people from all walks of life. He believes that everybody needs a coach/mentor in life that pushes them to reach their full potential in any capacity and lives by the rule, "In order to be a great #1 you must FIRST be a great #2." A former captain and collegiate athlete, Bruce has been a leader on championship teams at multiple levels and turned his passion for competition into a career in leadership studies -- what separates great leaders that others choose to follow.
