Start with the end in mind and work backwards from that picture. If you are already in a position understand the best use of that time.
• Collective Passion: Once we choose to spend our time and energy in a company then it is important to have a relationship with the company and to believe in the cause you are working for. Your passion should match that of the organization you are in with a shared vision. Adding value should not be a one-way street and collectively you should live out your dreams together.
